Heartfelt Care Services was founded with one simple belief, participants deserve better.
For years, our team witnessed challenges across the NDIS space: providers taking advantage of vulnerable participants, delayed communication, and services that didn’t truly align with a participant’s goals. We saw a lack of transparency and consistency in care, and we knew we could do more.
Meet our Team
Operations Manager
Cyril brings his experience in Aged Care Nursing and his interpersonal strengths to the team as Operations Manager. He focuses on building healthy staff-participant relationships and ensuring that support is delivered with empathy, dignity, and respect.
Team leader
Eden, our Finance Lead/Team Leader, comes from a distinguished background in Neurosciences. She carries the heart of the business, serving with compassion, grace, and integrity.
Community Relations Officer
Rain, our Community Relations Officer, draws motivation from doing what others often overlook. As a critical care nurse, she champions care that is grounded in sincerity, humanity, and genuine connection.
IT and Compliance Officer
Joshua leads our IT and Compliance division, guided by his passion for quality service delivery, digital innovation, and strong governance. With a background in Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance. He ensures our systems are safe, efficient, and compliant, so participants receive the highest standard of care.
